Welcome to Defendo North  West.                            As representatives of Clive Elliott and Defendo UK we provide high quality training in the life work of Unarmed Combat pioneer William "Bill" Underwood, and our not only the sole club teaching Underwood Defendo in the North West, but also 2 of the highest ranked Defendo Instructors actively  teaching today.

 Our weekly classes take place in a relaxed atmosphere.                 Beginners are always welcome.
